Student accommodation is in high demand for 2019. Eligibility criteria have been developed to prioritise housing for those with the highest need. If you do not meet all the criteria your application will be reviewed and accommodation granted according to need and availability.
Accommodation is offered on 6-month (semester) contracts and will be reviewed based on your eligibility for housing each semester.
If you are no longer eligible for housing, one month’s notice will be provided to allow time to relocate.

The following eligibility criteria have been developed to prioritise housing for those with the highest need. Terms and Conditions

The prices mentioned are inclusive of all utilities, including access to washing machines and council garbage removal. Phone and internet charges are separate and additional to the rate above.

Single and Double units are fully furnished, including communal kitchen, communal bathroom, crockery, cutlery and linen. Family units are fully furnished and self-contained, including crockery, cutlery and linen.

Payment of a BOND ($100 single, $200 couples and $300 families) is required to secure your accommodation, details will be emailed to you.
Payment for the first two weeks is required on receipt of an invoice from our Finance Department and must be paid no later than two weeks prior to check in. Further payments are required on receipt of invoices.
